We are hiring a Lead Young Toddler Teacher/Daycare Teacher for our childcare center in the Spring Branch/Katy area working with children ages 12–24 months. If you are experienced in early childhood education, daycare, or preschool settings, we’d love to meet you.

Position Overview

We are looking for a nurturing, dependable Young Toddler Teacher to join our team working with children ages 12–24 months.

This role is perfect for someone patient, energetic, and passionate about early learning and child development.

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging toddler classroom environment
• Support early childhood development through play-based learning
• Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules
• Communicate daily with parents in a professional and positive manner
• Work closely with a supportive team and leadership
