Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the daily care and well-being of every child by adhering to state guidelines and implementing our corporate policies.

- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, fostering collaboration and transparency.

- Support the growth and development of each child in our care, showing a genuine passion for their early learning journey.

- Exhibit dependability and professionalism, maintaining excellent references in all interactions.

- Manage classroom curriculum on a weekly basis to ensure alignment with educational standards.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for compassionate individuals who possess the following qualities:

- A high school diploma or GED.

- A strong commitment to patience, hard work, and self-motivation.

- A positive attitude and a desire to work collaboratively within a team of educators.

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least one year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.

- Completed state training hours related to childcare.

- Current Level 2 or higher on PDIS.

- Level 3 PDIS certification preferred.

- A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus.

Job Type:

- Full-time position

- Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications, ranging from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour.
