Job Description

We are hiring a skilled YouTube Automation Expert who knows how to grow channels fast and professionally. Must have professional video editing skills( know how to use capcut etc ). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with automated YouTube workflows and must understand how to manage a full production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete YouTube automation cycle (editing → upload → SEO).
• Do niche research, keyword research, and audience analysis.
• Create upload schedules and maintain consistency.
• Communicate with scriptwriters, designers, and voice-over artists.
• Optimize videos with engaging thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
• Track analytics and improve performance based on data.
• Keep up with YouTube trends, policies, and algorithm updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in YouTube Automation (must show previous works or results).
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and video ranking strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple channels.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving skills.
