YouTube Automation Expert

Mega Marketing Network is looking for a skilled YouTube Automation Expert who can manage, grow, and optimize YouTube channels using automation workflows, AI tools, and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate understands YouTube algorithms, faceless channel models, content scaling, and monetization techniques.

This role involves end-to-end channel management — from niche research and content planning to publishing, optimization, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Research profitable YouTube niches, trends, and competitor strategies
• Plan scalable content strategies for faceless or automated channels
• Manage content production workflow (scripts, voiceovers, editing, thumbnails)
• Coordinate with editors, scriptwriters, and designers if required
• Upload and publish videos with optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
• Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and visibility
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline production and publishing
• Analyze YouTube Analytics and improve CTR, watch time, and audience retention
• Ensure compliance with YouTube monetization and copyright policies
• Develop growth strategies to increase subscribers and revenue

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience, minimum 3 years, managing or growing YouTube channels
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithm behavior
• Experience with YouTube Automation or faceless channel models
• Knowledge of AI tools for scripting, voiceovers, editing, or research
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy
• Strong communication and project management skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar analytics platforms
• Basic video editing or thumbnail design knowledge
• Experience scaling multiple channels simultaneously
• Understanding of YouTube monetization, affiliate marketing, or ad revenue strategies
