About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven YouTube Channel Manager to oversee, optimize, and grow our digital presence. In this remote role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our YouTube channels, blending creative content strategy with hard marketing analytics. If you understand how to turn a viewer into a subscriber, how to read an analytics dashboard, and how to leverage modern AI tools to work smarter, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Management: Oversee day-to-day channel operations, ensuring all content is optimized for search (SEO), engagement, and algorithmic success.
• Data Analysis: Dive deep into analytics. You will need to comfortably read charts, track percentages (like Click-Through Rates and Audience Retention), and translate that data into actionable growth strategies.
• Creative Strategy: Lead creative brainstorming sessions. Pitch innovative video concepts, packaging ideas (thumbnails/titles), and community engagement tactics.
• Marketing & Advertising: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote channel content across other platforms and drive organic/paid traffic to the channel.
• Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices to keep the channel competitive.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven, hands-on experience managing and growing Social Media channels (YouTube, Instagram etc).
• Language Skills: Exceptional English proficiency (both written and verbal) is strictly required for copywriting, scripting, and audience communication.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong comfort level with numbers. You must be able to confidently interpret data, charts, and performance percentages.
• Marketing Foundation: Solid understanding of advertising principles, digital marketing funnels, and audience psychology.
• Creative Thinker: A natural problem-solver with a knack for out-of-the-box ideas and compelling storytelling.

Bonus Qualifications (Highly Advantageous)

• AI Proficiency: Experience using generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to assist with content ideation, script refinement, SEO research, or workflow automation.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
