YouTube Growth Specialist

We are looking for a YouTube Growth Specialist who can strategically manage and grow our YouTube presence. The ideal candidate should understand YouTube algorithms, content strategy, posting schedules, and audience analytics. You will be responsible for planning, publishing, and optimizing videos to maximize engagement, visibility, and channel growth.

Location: I-10, Islamabad | Onsite

Experience: 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Determine what to post, where to post, and when to post for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Manage end-to-end video uploads, including titles, thumbnails, tags, and descriptions.
• Conduct YouTube SEO to increase discoverability and organic reach.
• Monitor and analyze channel analytics, including audience retention, CTR, engagement, and traffic sources.
• Identify trending topics, formats, and best-performing content for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to maintain consistent brand identity.
• Create periodic performance reports and insights with data-driven recommendations.
• Stay updated with YouTube algorithm updates, monetization policies, and platform trends.
• Manage and oversee livestreams, including scheduling, execution, real-time coordination, and managing live broadcast streams that air simultaneously on television.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels (brand or personal).
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, and audience insights tools.
• Knowledge of content marketing, digital strategy, and social media trends.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Basic video editing or coordination experience is a plus.
