About Us

TEJ produces interview-style content for YouTube and podcasts. We need a confident, engaging host to conduct conversations and represent our brand on camera.

What You'll Do

• Host YouTube interviews (in-person or remote) with guests from various industries.
• Record audio podcasts and repurpose content for clips.
• Prepare research and questions for each guest.
• Speak naturally on camera — no teleprompter robot voice.
• Work with our video editor to flag key moments for clips.
• (Optional) Write short show notes or social captions for each episode.
• Content writing.

What You Bring

• On-camera experience (YouTube, TV, live streaming, or similar).
• Natural conversational and active listening skills.
• Ability to make guests feel comfortable and open up.
• Reliable audio/video setup if remote (decent mic, camera, lighting).
• Basic understanding of YouTube and podcast formats.

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with video editing or AI workflow tools.
• Existing audience or social media following.
• Knowledge of SEO or content writing.
