Youtube Motion Graphics Animator

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Motion Graphics Designer to join our production team. Your primary mission is to take complex, high-level concepts and translate them into simple, visually engaging animations. You will be responsible for the "visual layer" of our YouTube videos, using the fast-paced, high-retention style popularized by creators like Iman Gadhzi and Alex Hormozi.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform script segments into minimalist animations using icons, shapes, and textures to make abstract ideas concrete.
• Create bold, punchy on-screen text that emphasizes key points and maintains viewer engagement.
• Source or design icons, charts, and 2D assets that align with our brand aesthetic.
• Sync animations with SFX (whooshes, clicks, paper crinkles) to enhance the feel of the video.
• Maintain a premium/minimalist aesthetics across all the videos

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion design, specifically tailored for social media or high-growth YouTube channels.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to animate icons, use kinetic typography, and explain complex ideas visually.
• Ability to articulate the "why" behind a visual metaphor.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating on scripts and storyboards.
• Proactive in asking clarifying questions to avoid unnecessary revision rounds.
• Mastery of keyframing, easing (speed graphs), and expressions.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator to prep assets and create custom icons.
• An understanding of YouTube pacing, knowing when to use fast-paced motion graphics and when to let an animation breathe.Preferred Aesthetic

Preferred Aesthetic:

• Iman Gadzhi (cinematic/textured), Alex Hormozi (high-energy/bold captions), and MagnatesMedia (documentary-style motion).
• Professional, high-authority, minimalist but visually "expensive."

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
