Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and smart YouTube Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist who can identify growing YouTube channels, analyze their content performance, and approach them with tailored growth and video editing solutions.

The ideal candidate should understand YouTube content, creator businesses, and outreach strategies. Your main goal will be generating qualified leads and booking interested creators for our team.

Responsibilities

• Research YouTube channels with growth potential
• Identify creators with average/moderate performance who can benefit from better editing and retention strategies
• Collect creator contact information through email, social platforms, and business inquiries
• Send personalized cold outreach messages and follow-ups
• Pitch our video editing and YouTube growth services professionally
• Maintain outreach tracking sheets and CRM updates
• Schedule discovery calls with interested prospects
• Coordinate with the internal sales/team lead

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with cold outreach, lead generation, or influencer outreach
• Understanding of YouTube ecosystem and creator economy
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, or CRMs
• Ability to research and analyze YouTube channels
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with creators or agencies
• Basic understanding of YouTube analytics and retention
• Experience using outreach tools or automation software

Compensation

Competitive salary + more growth chances

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
