Overview
Peak American Investment Advisors is seeking a talented and experienced Corporate YouTube Specialist and Social Media Content Creator to elevate our digital presence and expand our reach among high-net-worth and affluent audiences. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of video storytelling, brand voice, and platform algorithms—combining creativity with data-driven strategy to build an influential digital footprint across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms. This position is on-site in Plano. We have a Media Studio on-site with lights, cameras we just need the action!
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Editing
- Plan, film, and edit both long-form and short-form YouTube videos, Reels, and Shorts that reflect Peak American’s refined, white-glove brand.
- Manage all aspects of production—from lighting and audio to post-production, graphics, and thumbnail design.
- Maintain consistent visual and tonal quality across all video content.
Content Strategy & Channel Management
- Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies focused on retention, engagement, and subscriber growth.
- Optimize all video titles, tags, descriptions, and playlists using best-practice SEO and analytics.
- Monitor channel performance through YouTube Analytics and provide monthly reports on viewership trends and ROI.
Social Media Creation & Coordination
- Repurpose long-form video content into high-impact clips, shorts, and graphics for social platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure cohesive messaging across all Peak American digital channels.
- Stay current with algorithm changes and digital trends to ensure Peak American remains at the forefront of online financial media.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Director, Financial Advisors, and the digital marketing team to script, schedule, and produce high-quality videos and social media content.
- Contribute to the creative direction of new series such as The Market & Mindset Show and The Peak Pour.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field – OR – a minimum of 5 years of professional YouTube and video production experience.
- Proven experience managing a professional YouTube channel with measurable growth.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of lighting, audio recording, and camera operation.
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and monetization strategies.
- Ability to tell compelling stories and translate complex financial concepts into engaging content.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presence and comfort interacting with executives and on-camera talent.

Projected Total Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
