YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Faceless YouTube Channels)

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and fast YouTube Thumbnail Designer who understands how to design high-CTR thumbnails for faceless YouTube channels. Your job is to create eye-catching, scroll-stopping thumbnails that instantly grab attention and improve click-through rate.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 16:9 YouTube thumbnails based on scripts, titles, or concepts.
• Use strong visual storytelling techniques to make the thumbnail stand out.
• Select appropriate backgrounds, colors, and layouts to match target audience expectations.
• Produce thumbnails in the visual style of top YouTube faceless channels.
• Deliver revisions quickly when needed.
• Understand trends, color theory, and CTR-boosting thumbnail strategies.
• Maintain consistent quality and brand style across all thumbnails.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating YouTube thumbnails (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Ability to generate thumbnails for various niches: mystery, news, tech, finance, documentaries, storytelling.
• Ability to work with AI tools (Midjourney, Leonardo, DALL·E) is a plus.
• Must be creative with composition, lighting, and color combinations.
• Must understand YouTube CTR psychology and viewer behavior.
• Ability to deliver fast (same-day or within 24 hours preferred).
• Can work independently with minimal instructions.
