The Role

We need a designer whose thumbnails do the heavy lifting for video performance.
One image. One chance. Millions of impressions. You make the difference between “suggested” and “skipped.”

What You’ll Do

• Create striking, emotion-driven thumbnails that dominate the YouTube feed
• Turn raw footage, titles, and key moments into instantly clickable visuals
• Combine powerful faces, bold typography, dramatic contrast, and proven click triggers
• Supply several high-quality variations for every video
• Deliver fully layered, organised source files ready for quick tweaks
• Incorporate fast feedback and refine until it’s undeniably the best option
• Keep up with (and often predict) what’s working across top channels right now

Who We’re Looking For

• You already design thumbnails that are live on real, growing YouTube channels (live links are mandatory)
• Your portfolio consists of actual published thumbnails, not concepts or mockups
• Advanced Photoshop mastery (or equivalent professional tool) with flawless retouching and compositing
• Strong grasp of curiosity, emotion, contrast, and visual hierarchy as they apply to YouTube
• Fast turnaround and clear, responsive communication
• Genuine passion for studying what separates a good thumbnail from a great one

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs320,000.00 per month
