YouTube Traffic & Social Media Optimization Expert

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Youtube Traffic & Social Media Optimization Expert with strong marketing knowledge and expertise in AI tools. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging video content, video editing, and managing social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and online growth.

Candidates with a strong portfolio and proven results will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content, perform video editing, and manage social media content for platforms YouTube trend, keyword and competitor analysis skils.
• Have strong expertise in driving traffic and views on YouTube, with proven skills in YouTube SEO and video ranking strategies.
• Develop creative marketing content strategies to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Produce AI-generated videos, graphics, and digital content using modern AI tools.
• Use AI platforms such as HeyGen, CapCut and Canva for video creation, editing, animation, and automation.
• Apply AI-based video editing, voice generation, subtitles, and content enhancement tools.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and promotional marketing content.
• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize content performance.
• Build and manage online communities through engaging content and audience interaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BBA preferred) OR prior experience as an AI Video, Social Media, or YouTube content expert.
• Experience in community engagement and audience building across digital platforms.
• Prior experience in a similar role in the media or digital marketing industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Hands-on experience with AI video editing and content generation tools.
• Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior.
• Knowledge of audience engagement, social media trends, and platform algorithms.

Note:
As per company policy, candidates are required to submit one original academic degree.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
