Prime Lead Studio is hiring a YouTube Justice Served Compilation Video Editor to help us produce long-form justice served content that captivates millions of viewers worldwide. If you’re a creative editor with a passion for storytelling, a sharp sense of pacing, and proven editing experience, this is your chance to join a fast-growing remote startup building channels with 30M+ views in just 6 months.

Location: Remote
Commitment: Full-time (~40 hours/week)
Experience Level: Mid-level (2+ years editing experience, especially for YouTube or long-form content)

Monthly Rate: $500

Our experienced founders bring six years of industry expertise, having built an impressive portfolio of over 10 YouTube channels generating 30+ million views in the last six months alone. We specialize in diverse content niches and have mastered multiple revenue streams, creating scalable media businesses that deliver real results.

What You’ll Do

• Create justice-served compilations: Edit 40-minute confrontation content using original footage from other YouTube channels, seamlessly integrating commentary to showcase satisfying moments where wrongdoers face consequences
• Master narrative storytelling: Craft compelling teaser openings and use strategic background music placement to build anticipation for satisfying payoff moments that keep audiences engaged
• Structure satisfying payoffs: Organize content to build context around confrontations, clearly establishing who's in the wrong before delivering the satisfying resolution that viewers came to see
• Handle sensitive content responsibly: Research and curate footage that shows clear examples of justice being served while maintaining appropriate boundaries and proper crediting of original creators
• Meet production targets: Deliver 3 polished videos (40' each) per week using provided scripts and voice-overs

Who You Are – Required Skills and Characteristics

Essential Technical Skills:

• Proven expertise with professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Advanced screen recording and YouTube optimization knowledge
• 2+ years of educational/tutorial video creation experience

Key Characteristics:

• Justice-content enthusiast: Deep understanding of what makes confrontational content satisfying - the setup, escalation, and resolution that viewers find compelling when bad actors get their comeuppance
• Narrative timing expert: Ability to pace content so viewers understand the full context before the confrontation, making the resolution feel earned and satisfying
• Content curation specialist: Experience identifying and sourcing footage that clearly shows justified responses to aggressive or fraudulent behavior
