Hours flux between 15 and 30 hours/wk

J Bond’s Lawn Care is hiring a dependable, hands-on Zero‑Turn Lawn Specialist to provide high-quality residential lawn services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in leaving properties clean, safe, and professional.

Schedule

• Part-time hours: may flux from 15 to 30/wk,
• Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• Occasional additional hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Operating zero‑turn mowers for residential lawn maintenance
• Working on varied terrain, including slopes and uneven or hilly ground
• Trimming, edging, and blowing lawns, walkways, patios, and landscaped areas
• Completing job-site cleanup to company standards
• Safe loading, unloading, and operation of lawn care equipment
• Driving company truck and trailer as needed

Requirements

• Lawn care or landscaping experience required
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on zero‑turn mower experience required
• Must be comfortable operating zero‑turn mowers on all types of terrain, including hills and uneven surfaces
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of outdoor lawn care work
• Background check and driving record review conducted after offer
