Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team by managing, optimizing, and executing campaigns on Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will understand eCommerce operations, customer journeys, WhatsApp-based engagement, and loyalty programs tailored to the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM Campaign Management
- Create, execute, and optimize Zoho CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
- Manage automation using Zoho Campaigns / Zoho Flow.
- Build segmented customer lists using engagement and purchase behaviour.
2. eCommerce & Customer Journey Optimization
- Develop end-to-end customer journeys integrated with WhatsApp, website, and online ordering systems.
- Support eCommerce promotions, abandoned-cart flows, and retention campaigns.
- Analyze customer behaviour to improve funnel conversion.
3. Data & Automation
- Use Zoho Flow to automate CRM and marketing tasks.
- Maintain data accuracy and set up dashboards for marketing insights.
- Track CRM KPIs such as open rate, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase.
4. Loyalty & Engagement
- Develop and manage loyalty programs (stamp cards, cashback, tiered rewards).
- Drive customer retention and reactivation marketing.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience working with Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and digital customer journeys.
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing and mobile-first engagement.
- Ability to run campaigns in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Experience in campaign automation using Zoho tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in GCC or F&B / retail / eCommerce industries.
- Knowledge of loyalty programs commonly used in the UAE.
- Zoho CRM certification is a plus.
