We are looking for a Zoho One Full Stack Consultant with strong expertise across the Zoho One suite to design, configure, customize, and integrate business workflows. The role involves hands-on work across multiple Zoho apps, Deluge scripting, integrations, data management, and user support delivering end-to-end solutions for Sales, Support, Finance, and Operations teams.
Zoho One Implementation & Administration
- Own end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Zoho One applications.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security governance across apps.
- Configure and maintain Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, and automations.
- Build and optimize processes using workflows, approvals, Blueprints, scoring rules, and notifications.
Development & Customization (Full Stack within Zoho)
- Develop Deluge scripts (custom functions, schedulers, buttons) to automate business logic.
- Build custom apps and extensions using Zoho Creator (forms, workflows, reports, pages) where required.
- Customize Zoho Desk (departments, SLAs, automation), Books/Inventory, Campaigns, Projects, Sign, etc., based on business needs.
- Ensure clean error handling, logging, performance tuning, and maintainable code.
Integrations & APIs
- Implement integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems using REST APIs, OAuth2, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, sync failures, field mapping conflicts, and rate limits.
- Maintain integration documentation and ensure reliability for business-critical workflows.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Plan and execute data imports/migrations: mapping, cleansing, de-duplication, validation, and reconciliation.
- Build reports and dashboards in Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics for business KPIs.
- Maintain data standards, hygiene rules, and master data consistency across applications.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
- Create documentation (SOPs, admin guides) and provide user training/support.
- Coordinate releases, UAT support, and post-release improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho One / Zoho CRM.
- Strong expertise across multiple Zoho One apps such as CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Flow.
- Strong Deluge scripting experience for automation and integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, webhooks, and integration debugging.
- Practical knowledge of CRM architecture: roles/profiles, data sharing, pipelines, lifecycle stages.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
