Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Zoho applications along with hands-on experience in client handling.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM / Zoho One applications
• Design and manage workflows, automations, blueprints, and custom modules
• Understand client requirements and deliver effective Zoho-based solutions
• Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and implementation support
• Work on Deluge scripting, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Prepare basic documentation and assist in user training when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM / Zoho One
• Proven experience in client handling
• Good understanding of Deluge, APIs, and integrations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, or Zoho Desk
• CRM implementation and customization experience
• Background in IT/CRM services
