Zoho Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Zoho Customization & Development

• Design, develop, and implement custom modules, fields, workflows, and reports in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
• Write and optimize Deluge scripts to automate processes and create custom functionalities.
• Create custom applications using Zoho Creator to address business specific needs.

2. Integration & Automation

• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using Zoho APIs, webhooks, and custom REST APIs.
• Build and optimize workflows and automation processes across Zoho applications to streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

3. Data Management

• Perform data migration, data mapping, and data cleansing within Zoho platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and security across Zoho tools.

4. Testing & Troubleshooting

• Test developed solutions for functionality, scalability, and performance.
• Debug and resolve issues promptly while maintaining business continuity.

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers, IT teams, and external vendors for complex projects.

6. Documentation

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, scripts, and technical processes.
• Train end-users on developed functionalities and solutions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Zoho development, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One suite.
• Strong experience in Zoho Creator.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with third-party API integration and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of programming languages like React is a plus.
• Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and custom automation workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 per month
