Zoho Implementation Specialist (Part Time) (ZR-607)

We are a fast-growing US-based staffing BPO looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Zoho Developer / Zoho Implementation Executive to join our remote team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and excited to work with modern tools including Zoho applications and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM,
• Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow and other Zoho One apps.
• Create and manage workflows, automations, validations, and business rules.
• Write and maintain Deluge scripts for customization and automation.
• Build reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Assist with integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems using APIs or Zoho Flow.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide system support, and continuously improve application performance.
• Stay updated with new Zoho features, releases, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Fresher to 2 years of experience working with Zoho or strong hands-on exposure through projects/internships.
• Strong interest in technology, automation, and cloud-based tools.
• Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zoho Zia, automation assistants) to improve productivity.
• Basic understanding of business processes (CRM, HR, sales, or operations).
• Logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional or global teams.
• Ambitious, proactive, and highly excited to grow as a Zoho professional.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, or REST APIs.
• Strong learning mindset and openness to adopting new technologies, including AI and automation.

• Job Timings: 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm EST (11:30 pm to 3:30 am PKT)
• Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
