Job Summary: Zoho One Architect / Zoho Implementation Specialist

The Zoho One Architect will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing a complete Zoho ecosystem, focusing mainly on Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Payroll, and Zoho Analytics, creating a fully customized system tailored to our business processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth automation, strong governance, and professional dashboards that support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead End-to-End Zoho One Implementation

• Lead the full implementation of Zoho One across all departments – including sales, marketing, operations and accounts

Zoho One Architecture & Fresh Implementation

• Design and deploy Zoho One
• Define system architecture, data flow, and app integrations
• Ensure consistency and adoption of Zoho best practices across all applications

CRM Implementation (Primary Focus)

• Configure Zoho CRM modules, pipelines, layouts, and custom fields
• Implement workflows, Blueprints, approvals, and automation
• Build role-based dashboards for users, managers, and leadership

Zoho People & Payroll Setup

• Configure employee lifecycle, onboarding, attendance, leave, and documents
• Set up payroll structures, salary components, approvals, and compliance
• Ensure seamless integration between Biometrics, People, Payroll, and CRM

Dashboards & Reporting

• Build management-level dashboards across CRM, HR, and Payroll
• Implement cross-application reporting using Zoho Analytics
• Define KPIs for sales performance, headcount, payroll, and operations

Automation, Governance & Adoption

• Automate workflows using Zoho tools and Deluge scripting
• Configure user roles, permissions, and data security
• Document system configurations, workflows, and processes
• Train users and provide structural handbooks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong, proven expertise in Zoho One implementations (non-negotiable)
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Payroll and Analytics
• Demonstrated ability to deliver fresh Zoho One setups independently
• Deluge scripting and API integration experience
• Experience creating dashboards using Zoho Analytics
