Zoho One Implementation Consultant

About the Role

We are a SEBI Registered Investment advisor with 4 employees and are seeking an experienced Zoho One Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end setup, customization, and deployment of Zoho One applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business processes specific to client acquisition, client onboarding, investment advisory, compliance workflows, and reporting.
• Evaluate and Map requirements to various Zoho One apps (CRM, Desk, Projects, People, WorkDrive, Sign, Invoices, Books, etc.)
• Customize and Create automated workflows for client onboarding, risk profiling, agreements, renewals, and reporting, etc.
• Implement / integrate Zoho with third-party apps if needed.
• Create analytics dashboards for client metrics, AUM, operations reporting, etc.
• Provide training and SOPs, documentation, and admin materials.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
