Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Zoho Sales Executive to promote and sell Zoho products and solutions to prospective clients. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, solution presentation, and closing sales while coordinating closely with the technical and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Desk, One, etc.)
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable Zoho solutions
- Conduct product demos and presentations to clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures
- Maintain and manage leads, opportunities, and customer data in Zoho CRM
- Coordinate with presales and implementation teams for solution delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay updated with Zoho product updates, features, and pricing
- Participate in marketing activities, events, and partner programs when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in software / ERP / CRM sales (Zoho experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Zoho ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand business processes and propose solutions
- Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Zoho Partner sales experience
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC market
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Zoho certifications (CRM, Books, One, etc.) are a plus
