Key Responsibilities
Understand current business processes and recommend improvements within the Zoho ecosystem.
Review and optimize usage of Zoho One apps, ensuring maximum efficiency and alignment with organizational needs.
Configure workflows, approvals, automation, and user permissions across departments.
Integrate Zoho with external applications and tools used by the company.
Identify and fix any system flaws or process gaps within existing configurations.
Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure smooth adoption and best practices.
Coordinate with department heads to gather requirements and implement solutions effectively.
Document system configurations and provide recommendations for long-term scalability.
Requirements
Proven experience working with Zoho One and multiple Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Creator, People, Books, Flow, Analytics, etc.).
Strong understanding of workflow automation, integration, and system configuration.
Ability to analyze organizational processes and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
Experience linking Zoho with external tools and managing approvals and data flows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under time-bound project conditions.
Industry experience: Open to any domain.
