Job Purpose:
The Zonal Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective communication and coordination between the company, schools, distributors, and internal teams. The role includes managing follow-ups, monitoring team performance, handling complaints, and ensuring smooth operational processes in line with company policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding sessions, training coordination, and product orientation
- Provide initial performance support to new hires
- Conduct follow-ups with school contacts regarding Area Managers’ visits and book sampling
- Monitor daily reporting including attendance, visits, expenses, and team performance
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
- Handle and resolve distributor complaints efficiently
- Track distributor stock levels and update zonal head accordingly
- Assist in planning and executing hiring activities
- Ensure effective implementation of plans assigned by the Zonal Head
- Manage resource-related issues with training and R&D departments
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and team discipline
- Handle and resolve school queries in a timely manner
- Manage onboarding and accounts related to schools
- Handle administrative tasks within the marketing portal
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (Sales/Marketing/Event Planning)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
