Zonal Head – Retail & Corporate Sales

One of the leading Investment & Mutual Fund companies is hiring a Zonal Head – Retail & Corporate Sales to lead regional growth across retail and corporate investment portfolios. This is a leadership role responsible for expanding market presence, managing sales teams, and driving AUM growth through mutual fund and financial product distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead zonal sales strategy for Mutual Fund and Investment Products
  • Build, manage, and align a sales team of 15–20 members
  • Drive Retail, Corporate, and Institutional business including employee benefit solutions
  • Strengthen relationships with corporate clients, banks, financial advisors, and HNWIs
  • Monitor sales performance, ensure target achievement, and expand Assets Under Management (AUM)
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to financial industry standards

Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Investment Products, and Banking
  • Strong exposure to Islamic & Conventional Financial Products
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and grow sales teams
  • Experience in sales management, team alignment, and performance tracking
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Exposure to Insurance (Takaful & Conventional) will be a plus
  • Must have relevant experience in financial products and portfolio growth
