Zonal Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned zone.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to upper management.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales personnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in a zonal capacity.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• A deep understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned zone as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,401.25 - ₹55,156.22 per month
