Role Summary
The Zonal Sales Manager (Uttar Pradesh) will lead and manage overall sales operations within the state, build a strong distribution network, and drive consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee sales operations across all districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Appoint and manage distributors, Super Stockists, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the state.
Lead and guide ASMs and Sales Executives to ensure high productivity.
Conduct market visits, track competition, and share insights with management.
Implement company schemes, promotions, and distribution strategies.
Ensure proper market coverage, beat planning, and secondary sales growth.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and sales planning.
Requirements
Graduate; MBA preferred.
5–10 years of FMCG sales experience (snacks/dry fruits category preferred).
Strong understanding of Uttar Pradesh markets and distribution network.
Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively across the state.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
