Zonal Sales Manager – Poultry Feed Industry

A well-established organization in the poultry and feed industry is seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations, strengthen customer relationships, and drive market growth. This role requires strong commercial acumen combined with technical knowledge of poultry feed and pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and industry stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned zone
• Ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain effective credit control
• Provide technical support and professional guidance to customers regarding poultry feed
• Deliver technical services to broiler farmers, layer farms, and breeders
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine)
• Experience: Minimum 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience in feed mills and poultry pharmaceuticals
• Strong understanding of the poultry industry, market dynamics, and customer needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
