فني تبريد صناعي (برادات مسالخ وغرف تبريد وتجميد)

نبحث عن فني تبريد صناعي ذو خبرة في تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة التبريد الخاصة بمسالخ الدواجن، بما يشمل ثلاجات التبريد والتجميد، أنفاق التبريد السريع، وغرف حفظ المنتجات. الدور يتطلب دقة عالية، واستجابة سريعة للأعطال، وقدرة على العمل في بيئة تشغيلية حساسة

المهام والمسؤوليات

تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة التبريد الصناعية الخاصة بمسالخ الدواجن.

فحص وتشخيص الأعطال في الثلاجات وغرف التبريد والأنفاق.

تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والدورية لضمان استمرارية التشغيل.

ضبط درجات الحرارة ومراقبة أداء الضواغط والكوندنسرات والمبخرات.

إصلاح واستبدال القطع التالفة (ضواغط، صمامات، حساسات، محركات…).

متابعة أداء أنظمة التبريد وضمان استقرار درجات الحرارة وفق معايير التشغيل

متابعة مستويات الفريون والتأكد من عدم وجود تسريب.

تنفيذ أعمال اللحام (نحاس وحديد ) وخطوط الفريون

الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة داخل المسلخ.

إعداد تقارير فنية عن الأعطال والإصلاحات

المؤهلات المطلوبة

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التبريد الصناعي.

خبرة مباشرة في ثلاجات مسالخ الدواجن أو مصانع الأغذية يفضل

معرفة بأنظمة التبريد بالفريون والأمونيا (حسب نوع النظام المستخدم).

القدرة على قراءة المخططات الفنية والرسومات الكهربائية.

مهارات تشخيص أعطال قوية وسرعة في التعامل مع الحالات الطارئة.

القدرة على العمل في بيئة تشغيلية باردة وحارة وتحت ضغط.

معرفة بأساسيات الكهرباء الصناعية

يفضل وجود شهادات مهنية في التبريد والتكييف.

Industrial Refrigeration Technician (Poultry Slaughterhouse Chillers, Cooling & Freezing Rooms)

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician skilled in operating and maintaining refrigeration systems used in poultry slaughterhouses, including chilling and freezing rooms, rapid cooling tunnels, and product storage areas. The role requires high accuracy, quick response to breakdowns, and the ability to work in a sensitive operational environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain industrial refrigeration systems used in poultry slaughterhouses.

Inspect and diagnose faults in chillers, cooling rooms, freezing rooms, and cooling tunnels.

Perform preventive and routine maintenance to ensure continuous operation.

Adjust temperature settings and monitor the performance of compressors, condensers, and evaporators.

Repair and replace faulty components (compressors, valves, sensors, motors, etc.).

Monitor refrigeration system performance and ensure temperature stability according to operational standards.

Check refrigerant levels and ensure there are no leaks.

Perform welding tasks (copper and steel) and work on refrigerant piping.

Comply with safety and quality standards within the slaughterhouse.

Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial refrigeration.

Direct experience with poultry slaughterhouse chillers or food processing facilities is preferred.

Knowledge of Freon and ammonia refrigeration systems (depending on the system used).

Ability to read technical diagrams and electrical schematics.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.

Ability to work in cold and hot operational environments and under pressure.

Basic knowledge of industrial electricity.

Professional certifications in refrigeration and air conditioning are preferred.
