A well-established company is seeking a highly qualified Finance Manager to join its team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of proven experience in finance and accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Chart of Accounts (CoA) and accounting structures.
• Advanced experience in managing and controlling:
• Accounts Receivable (AR): customer invoicing, collections, aging reports, credit control.
• Accounts Payable (AP): supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• General Ledger (GL): journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing.
• Bank Accounts: bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and payment scheduling.
• Expenses & Cost Control: operational expenses, accruals, prepayments, and cost analysis.
• Intercompany & External Accounts: reconciliation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external parties when required.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning.
