Position: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the logistics and transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation market.

Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Expand the company’s client portfolio and market presence.

Sales Strategy

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts and strategic plans.

Team Management

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales objectives.

Set clear KPIs and sales targets for team members.

Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

Client Management

Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.

Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Monitor sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Required Skills

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
