Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Employee (موظف كول سنتر). The position is based in Al Asimah, Kuwait. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with the restaurant team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Call Center Employee will also handle order-related issues promptly and represent the restaurant's commitment to excellent service through effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the food and restaurant industry
• Proficiency in managing calls and working in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle order processing efficiently
• Fluency in Arabic required, with English proficiency as an added advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours and adjust to shift schedules
• Prior call center experience is a plus
