المسمى الوظيفي: معلمة رياض أطفال

الهدف من الوظيفة:
توفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومحفزة تساعد الأطفال على تنمية مهاراتهم التعليمية والاجتماعية والسلوكية والعاطفية بما يتناسب مع المرحلة العمرية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تخطيط وتنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية اليومية وفق المنهج المعتمد.
• تعليم الأطفال المهارات الأساسية مثل الحروف والأرقام والألوان والأشكال.
• تنمية مهارات التواصل والتفاعل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال.
• متابعة تقدم الأطفال وتقييم أدائهم بشكل دوري.
• إعداد الوسائل التعليمية والأنشطة التفاعلية المناسبة لأعمار الأطفال.
• المحافظة على سلامة الأطفال داخل الصف وخلال الأنشطة المختلفة.
• غرس القيم والسلوكيات الإيجابية وتعزيز الانضباط الذاتي.
• التواصل المستمر مع أولياء الأمور وإطلاعهم على مستوى أبنائهم.
• المشاركة في الفعاليات والأنشطة المدرسية المختلفة.
• إعداد التقارير والسجلات الخاصة بالأطفال وفق متطلبات المدرسة.
• التعاون مع الإدارة والزملاء لتحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية.
• الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المدرسة والمعايير المهنية.

Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher

Job Purpose:
To provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports children's academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development in accordance with age-appropriate educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver daily educational activities aligned with the approved curriculum.
• Teach foundational skills such as letters, numbers, colors, and shapes.
• Support children's social, emotional, and communication development.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development regularly.
• Prepare educational materials and interactive learning activities.
• Ensure children's safety and well-being throughout the school day.
• Promote positive behavior, values, and self-discipline.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in school events, activities, and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports as required.
• Collaborate with school leadership and colleagues to achieve educational objectives.
• Comply with all school policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Qualifications Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Previous experience in kindergarten or early childhood education.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
