المهام:
- إدارة نظام البايوفلوك
- مراقبة جودة المياه
- ضبط نسبة C:N
- إدارة التغذية و FCR
- متابعة صحة الأسماك
- الإشراف على الفريق

المؤهلات:
- بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الاستزراع السمكي
- خبرة 3-5 سنوات
- خبرة في البلطي

Aquaculture Specialist / Biofloc System Engineer – Tilapia Farming

Al Marai Company announces a job opening for an experienced Aquaculture Specialist with strong expertise in Biofloc systems and Tilapia fish farming.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the Biofloc system efficiently
• Monitor and maintain water quality parameters
• Control and adjust Carbon:Nitrogen (C:N) ratio
• Manage feeding schedules and optimize Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR)
• Monitor fish health and disease prevention
• Supervise and lead the aquaculture team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Biology, or related field
• 3–5 years of practical experience in aquaculture systems
• Strong experience in Tilapia farming
• Hands-on experience with Biofloc technology is required

Skills Required:

• Team leadership and supervision
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
