BIM MEP Modeler – Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Mechanical BIM models in Revit with LOD 400 standards.
• Prepare HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting models as per project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Generate shop drawings, sections, schedules, and fabrication details from BIM models.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for design updates and revisions.
• Ensure BIM standards, project specifications, and deadlines are maintained.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model clashes efficiently.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BIM MEP Mechanical Modeler.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in LOD 400 modeling and BIM coordination.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Familiarity with UAE projects and standards is preferred.
