Mechanical BIM Modeler

We are hiring experienced Mechanical BIM Modelers for immediate deployment on active construction projects in the UAE. The role requires hands-on production of fabrication-level (LOD 400) and as-built (LOD 500) mechanical models covering HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed mechanical BIM models (LOD 400–500) using Autodesk Revit, covering ductwork, chilled water piping, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems
• Produce coordinated shop drawings, builder's work drawings, and fabrication-level deliverables
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks; coordinate with electrical, structural, and architectural teams
• Update models to as-built (LOD 500) status based on site markups and field verification
• Extract quantities, schedules, and BOQs from the model
• Follow project BEP, modeling standards, and ISO 19650 naming conventions
• Coordinate with site engineers and consultants to resolve technical queries

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience on UAE/GCC construction projects
• Proven experience delivering LOD 400 and LOD 500 models — candidates must demonstrate this in trial assessment
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Navisworks; AutoCAD and Fabrication CADmep knowledge an advantage
• Strong understanding of HVAC/plumbing systems, local authority and civil defense requirements, and shop drawing standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Available to join immediately; willing to complete a paid trial/assessment period
• Currently based in the UAE preferred

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
