BIM Modeler

We are urgently hiring a BIM MEP Modeler with strong experience in Revit MEP to support ongoing construction projects in the UAE.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and update 3D BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
• Perform clash detection & coordination using Navisworks / BIM 360 / ACC
• Prepare coordinated drawings and support shop drawing production
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and site teams
• Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are met

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years experience in BIM MEP modeling (UAE/GCC preferred)
• Strong skills in Autodesk Revit MEP + Navisworks
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing systems
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Experience in coordination and clash detection
