BIM MEP Modeler

Falcon Group is seeking a skilled BIM MEP Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination of mechanical systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing and managing LOD 400 models, preparing detailed fabrication and installation drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP Mechanical BIM models up to LOD 400.
• Prepare fabrication, shop, and installation drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using BIM software.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards and client requirements.
• Extract quantities and generate schedules from BIM models.
• Update models based on site changes and as-built requirements.
• Support project teams throughout design, construction, and handover stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM MEP Mechanical modeling and coordination.
• Proven experience in developing LOD 400 BIM models.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Experience in clash detection, coordination meetings, and shop drawing preparation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
