Job Description: Falcon Group of Companies is hiring a BIM MEP Modeler &ndash; Mechanical with strong experience in LOD 400 modeling and BIM coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in creating detailed mechanical BIM models and coordinating with project teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop Mechanical BIM models up to LOD 400 using Revit MEP.</li><li>Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built models.</li><li>Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.</li><li>Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.</li><li>Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project BIM standards.</li><li>Update BIM documentation and support project coordination meetings.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor&rsquo;s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience as BIM MEP Modeler (Mechanical).</li><li>Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360.</li><li>Strong knowledge of LOD 400 modeling and BIM coordination.</li><li>Good understanding of mechanical systems and construction drawings.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
