Civil Lab Technician

Job Description:
Falcon Group of Companies is looking for a Civil Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in civil/material testing and knowledge of laboratory procedures related to soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate testing. Freshers with relevant home-country experience may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory and field testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates
• Prepare test samples and perform testing as per project specifications and standards
• Record, analyze, and maintain accurate test results and reports
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Assist engineers in interpreting test results and preparing reports
• Follow safety procedures and quality control standards at all times
• Coordinate with site and project teams for sample collection and testing requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in civil/material laboratory testing (UAE or home-country experience preferred)
• Knowledge of ASTM / BS / AASHTO testing standards
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Location: In person
