We are a fast-growing BIM outsourcing and consulting firm supporting architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) clients with modeling, coordination, and documentation services. With increasing demand across UAE &amp; Saudi Arabia, we are expanding our outbound sales efforts.We&rsquo;re looking for a driven Outbound Sales Executive who will take ownership of prospecting, outreach, and lead generation for BIM outsourcing projects in the UAE &amp; Saudi Arabia region. This role is targeted - your focus will be to identify potential clients, engage decision-makers, and qualify opportunities for our business development and technical team to convert. Any engineering degree is an advantage but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Research and identify new projects through:</li><li>Construction news, tender portals, and city signboards</li><li>LinkedIn Sales Navigator &amp; industry networks</li><li>Build and maintain a target list of prospects (consultants, contractors, developers, PMCs).</li><li>Connect with Procurement Managers, Project Managers, QS, and Design Leads on LinkedIn.</li><li>Send personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups to extract client contacts (emails &amp; mobile numbers).</li><li>Maintain outreach cadence via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.</li><li>Qualify prospects by gathering project details, scope, budget indications.</li><li>Pass on qualified leads to the business development/technical team for quotation &amp; closing.</li><li>Keep CRM/Excel sheet updated daily with leads, status, and next actions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in B2B outbound sales (construction/engineering/outsourcing preferred).</li><li>Strong LinkedIn prospecting skills (Sales Navigator experience preferred).</li><li>Basic understanding of construction industry roles and project lifecycle.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Persistent, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.</li><li>Based in UAE or Saudi Arabia, with knowledge of local AEC ecosystem.</li></ul>Growth PathThis role is focused on outbound lead generation now, but high performers can transition into full BD/Account Management roles within 12&ndash;18 months, including handling quotations, negotiations, and managing a small sales team.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you worked in B2B outbound sales roles earlier?</li><li>how do you usually deal with rejection or silence from prospects?</li><li>How familiar are you with LinkedIn Sales Navigator?</li><li>Why should we pick you over other candidates for this role?</li></ul>
