Business Development Officer

We are looking for an experienced Business Solutions Partner with strong expertise across Hard & Soft Facility Management Services.

The role will work closely with Operations, Commercial and Bid/Tender teams to develop practical, competitive and commercially viable FM solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience within Facility Management
• Strong knowledge of Hard & Soft FM Services
• Qatar/GCC FM experience preferred
• Experience in FM operations, solutions, tenders, bids or estimation
• Ability to review scopes of work and develop effective service delivery models
• Understanding of manpower planning, mobilisation and SLAs/KPIs
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Business or related discipline
