• Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 + commission / incentives

iWA Group LLC is seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and energetic Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling and hands-on experience creating engaging social media content.

• Experience: 2–3 years of UAE experience
• Experience in short-form content — Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.
• Experience in long-form YouTube videos
• Strong camera handling and shooting skills
• Knowledge of professional video editing tools/software
• Ability to shoot, edit and deliver content quickly
• Experience working closely with sales agents
• Strong understanding of social media trends, viral formats and hooks
• Ability to bring unique and fresh content ideas
• Dubai real estate knowledge is preferred
• Should have a strong portfolio of previous work
• Knowledge and practical use of AI tools for content creation, editing, ideation and productivity
• Should be able to use AI to speed up the content production process, not replace creativity
• Creative, proactive and growth-minded
• Willing to learn new AI tools, editing techniques and content trends
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle shooting + editing + content ideation independently
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary:AED 3000–4,000 per month + commission / incentives, depending on experience and skill set.
