Real Estate Content Creator – Roles & Responsibilities
A Content Creator in a real estate company is responsible for producing engaging visual and digital content that showcases properties, promotes the company’s brand, and attracts potential buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Video Production
- Visit properties and capture high-quality videos and photos using professional cameras, drones, and mobile devices.
- Create cinematic walkthrough videos, short reels, and promotional clips for residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition to highlight the best features of each property.
2. Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Add transitions, text overlays, background music, voiceovers, and branding elements.
- Optimize videos for different platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and company websites.
3. Content Planning & Creative Ideas
- Develop creative concepts for property tours, market updates, client testimonials, and lifestyle videos.
- Stay updated on social media trends and real estate marketing strategies to create content that performs well.
- Brainstorm viral content ideas relevant to the Dubai real estate market.
4. Social Media Content Creation
- Produce short-form and long-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Design thumbnails, cover images, and promotional graphics.
- Write engaging captions and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
5. Market Trend Awareness
- Monitor real estate trends, competitor content, and market news.
- Create timely content about new launches, investment opportunities, and community highlights.
- Suggest content ideas based on trending topics and audience interests.
6. Brand Development
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content.
- Ensure all videos and graphics align with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Help strengthen the online presence of the company and its agents.
7. Collaboration with Sales Team
- Coordinate with agents to understand property features and target audiences.
- Film agents presenting properties and market insights.
- Support agents in building their personal brands on social media.
8. Content Performance Analysis
- Track views, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze which content performs best and adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Skills
- Strong videography and photography skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends.
- Creative storytelling and scriptwriting ability.
- Understanding of Dubai real estate market trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate marketing.
- Drone operating skills.
- Graphic design knowledge using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
Objective of the Role
To create high-quality content that showcases properties professionally, increases brand awareness, generates leads, and supports the company’s sales and marketing efforts.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
