Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator & Multimedia Specialist to produce high-quality photo and video content showcasing our developments, events, brand, and people. The ideal candidate will independently plan and execute shoots, create engaging social media content, and produce compelling visual stories that enhance brand awareness. Real estate experience and a strong portfolio are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional photography and videography for projects, events, campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Plan and execute shoots, including lighting, audio, and equipment setup.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Produce documentary-style videos, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and project updates.
• Cover launches, exhibitions, broker events, and corporate functions, delivering timely content.
• Edit videos with color grading, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound enhancement while maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, presentations, websites, and digital assets.
• Organize and maintain the company's photo, video, and drone footage library.

Requirements

Experience

• 3–6+ years in photography, videography, or multimedia content creation.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, reels, event coverage, and storytelling.

Technical Skills

• Photography, videography, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, audio, and storytelling.
• Drone experience is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working on-site, at events, and outdoors.
