Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support daily office operations and administrative functions. The intern will assist in documentation, coordination, reporting, and internal communication while gaining hands-on exposure to business operations.This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build practical administrative experience, particularly those with an interest in Finance or Marketing functions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in managing daily administrative and operational tasks</li><li>Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems</li><li>Support document preparation, formatting, and record keeping</li><li>Assist in preparing financial summaries, expense tracking, and basic reports (if required)</li><li>Support marketing coordination such as organizing campaign materials, presentations, and databases</li><li>Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage calendars</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence</li><li>Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation</li><li>Support procurement and inventory tracking of office supplies</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain internal databases</li><li>Provide cross-department administrative support when required</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field</li><li>Basic understanding of finance principles or marketing coordination is preferred</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Background or academic exposure in Finance and/or Marketing</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Analytical mindset with basic numerical understanding</li><li>Proactive and willing to learn</li><li>Professional attitude and strong work ethics</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship
