Job SummaryVX Studio Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our team for a site-based role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising structural works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and monitor all structural engineering activities on-site.</li><li>Review structural drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.</li><li>Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and project standards.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports.</li><li>Resolve structural design and execution issues efficiently.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and quality procedures.</li><li>Review method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.</li><li>Attend project meetings and provide technical support when required.</li><li>Monitor project progress and support timely project completion.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in UAE projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of structural design, site supervision, and construction practices.</li><li>Experience working on high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Senior Structural Engineer

<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of design presentations;</li><li>Assist in the streamlining of the architectural design process from conceptual design through overall completions of projects;</li><li>Prepares architectural plans and 3D renderings</li><li>Prepare presentations for active projects and for marketing or internal research;</li><li>Possess the desire and ability to learn, advance and grow in a team oriented work environment.</li><li>Ability to plan, prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and work under deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of architectural principles and practices</li><li>Proficiency in different Architectural software.</li><li>Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily InDesign &amp; Photoshop)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, InternshipEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
