We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team and lead structural engineering design and supervision activities across multiple projects.

Job Summary

The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for leading structural design, reviewing engineering deliverables, supervising project execution, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in high-rise developments and extensive experience within a consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural design and supervision activities for multiple projects.
• Prepare, review, and approve structural calculations, drawings, reports, and technical specifications.
• Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures.
• Review designs and coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Supervise site activities and ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions to resolve engineering issues.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and international standards.
• Attend client, consultant, and contractor coordination meetings.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and the design team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Valid UAE Unlimited License (Design & Supervision) is mandatory.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in structural engineering within a consultancy environment.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.
• Strong experience in both structural design and design review.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE regulations, Dubai Municipality requirements, and international codes and standards.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on residential, commercial, educational, and mixed-use developments.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
