Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Real Estate Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content that showcases our properties, team, and company culture across social media and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos (property tours, lifestyle videos, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes).
• Create eye-catching photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Brainstorm creative campaigns and content ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns and property launches.
• Stay updated on social media trends, real estate marketing trends, and viral content formats.
• Write compelling captions, video scripts, and storyboards.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong skills in content creation, videography, photography, and editing (mobile or professional camera).
• Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or CapCut.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and algorithms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in real estate or luxury/lifestyle content is a plus.
