Recruiting and selecting highly qualified candidates.
-Utilizes effective sourcing techniques to recruit qualified candidates, including job postings and advertisements.
-Classifications, filtering CVs and screening the CV's.
-Preparing schedules to candidates for the interview, and evaluating applicant qualifications and manage the work shop.
-Updating candidate's database.
-Make initial interviews for the candidates.
-Handling all administrative computer duties (Classification Mail, Filling, Typing, Follow up).
-Responsible for the advertisement in the newspapers starting from receiving the mails.
-Ability to handle multiple requests.
